You are doing right by returning them. Try to stay off the brixtons they are very hard to keep and forever seal in they like it very warm, I started with their tank at 16c and went all the way upto 32 and they still sealed in they were just not warm enough and they seem to like it very wet if you were to have them try and buy from someone that has bought them back to health as lots of people have gone and bought them and they die and you have to sift through the baskets for live snails its not nice and wouldn't be fair on the snails to be put through more trauma of being posted. Unless you go yourself you might even be lucky and they might have tigers as they somtimes do.

The middle pic was our lil boy and the bottom one was our lil girl she had more colour in her shell but the lil boy was a lttle bit more active than her. I hope you don't think I was trying to horrible saying stay off the brixtons I just don't think it will be fair on the snails to be pulled out of the tub then packed into another tub to be posted, Plus they cost over £21 to post by next day delivery they are very heavy and if you receive them and they are dead again it wouldn't be fair on you. x

they should sell them as brixtons if they have come from there, There was a seller on ebay a while back that was selling WC margies and said they had a regular supply me and another person asked him to contact us the next time he went and collected he promised he would and we never heard back from him
